Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a comprehensive 4.5-year program focused on the science of physical therapy and rehabilitation. The course trains students in anatomy, physiology, neurology, orthopedics, and therapeutic techniques like electrotherapy and exercise therapy. It is designed to prepare students to assess, diagnose, and treat patients suffering from physical disabilities, pain, or injuries caused by accidents, surgery, stroke, or chronic conditions. The final 6 months involve clinical internship training in hospitals or rehabilitation centers. The program emphasizes hands-on learning through clinical exposure, making students confident in patient handling and therapy planning.
